I’m 16 and both of my parents have a larger forehead. Compared to my siblings mine is pretty big. Im worried I’m going through the early stages of norwood (I can post a picture in the replies). My forehead is definitely my biggest insecurity and because I have light straight hair every gust of wind reveals it, and it doesn’t help that I work on the beach.

My questions here are

A: Is that typically a deal breaker for girls?

B: Are there any surgical procedures to help reduce size, or really anything I can do?

C: If anyone else has the same problem some tips would really be appreciated.

it being a dealbreaker or not completely depends on the sum of your face, 1 flaw will not always make or break a person

there are ez surgeries for it (gotta be 18yo doe), definitely an ez flaw to correct. there is hair transplant, but i think the best one is Forehead Reduction Surgery (pic rel)

If you are confirmed norwooding you need to hop on a hair stack ASAP. Oral Finasteride would stop any hair loss in its tracks and it is convenient but systemic DHT loss can be detrimental during development, so i recommend the following:

an easy stack is 5% topical foam minox twice daily + topical finasteride (go research % and how often you should do it idk) + 0.6mm derma stamping 1x weekly (make sure u disinfect properly)...

This is a Full guide about the same topic.
You can go through it; it has everything for forehead reduction, softmaxes, and hardmaxes

What’s the name of the surgery? Definitely gonna look into the supplements.
