what do I do for my nose. (Tret?)

My nose is for sure my worst feature, the skin is thick and I also have blackheads. I wanna thin the skin to make my nose look slim, my nose looks terrible whenever I wear glasses because it looks so big

I used 1% hydrocortisone and it didn’t do anything (it’s a dual action formula, is it not doing anything because of that??)

Should I just use tretinoin for the oil and blackheads or will it just make the problem worse by thickening the skin
