What do i do for torso height?

Ok so i have long legs at 16.5 male and I would like to know if I take CJC,IGF-1 LR3 and letrozole and inject it in my back if it will make it grow also if I do should I take anything to stop insulin resistance/diabetes?
Is there a better alternative to Letrozole and doesn't the body just produce a lot more aromatase once you stop taking it?
