I’m kinda lost on what to do from here, I’m trying to lean out currently but it’s just not going too well as I’m not really able to stay consistent cause I just have really shitty discipline, I’ve been considering a aggressive cut for around 2 months and main-gaining after I get lean enough but i just wanna get opinions what muscle groups need severe work and which ones does it look like im doing fine on
