What do i do if i have no personality?

A few years ago i had a pretty basic personality, like videogames and soccer and stuff;but then, i got depression and stopped to have a personality, stopped listening to music, playing videogames, etc. Since then, i just go to school, rot, and do the basic human needings, what should i do?

@._.- Personality is almost entirely genetic, and in reality doomscrolling won't make a difference unless it limited you from all key social interactions in your early developmental years.

A good way to look at this is to ask yourself, "is my personality similar to either my mothers or fathers?". But many people whilst they are still young are awkward and such

would love to speak to someone losing all interest in everything and self diagnosing depression and having 0 personality like you.

No, my personality isnt either like my moms or dads, neither is like my old personality, but depression has led me to isolation, but im getting better from that tho

Force yourself to improve the things about your personality, through exposure. Otherwise magic mushroom (psilocybin) rewires the brain network and causes neuroplasticity which can get you out of depression and improve personality. But if you are young like you said you are then it does get better as you mature but you need to force yourself through exposure, and go to the gym.

Thanks, also as i said im changing schools and i'll start training at home since all the gyms in my city are open only if you are 15yo or more
