What do i do incase of DHL mail (indiamart)

Hi, so i recently ordered
Sevelamer, Cephalexin, pregab, nebivolol + telmisartan, duta, memantine, arimidex and topical minox. I’ve told my vendor to send the package straight to forwarding company based in uk and i shipped it to Poland from UK with DHL express. I have received this email, what should i do?
