what do I do/take to make my eye area better? Would darker and fuller eyebrows actually help since I don’t have the genes to get lowset eyebrows?

Oral/topical minoxidil and try to focus on your eyelashes too they can make your eye area better n for that try a lash serum on top of the minoxidil
