start bonesmashing, get CCW rotation surgery, rhinoplasty for your nose, canthoplasty cause you dont really got a good tilt rn. Also train ur neck u got a small ass neck. And hop on a crazy stack to get shredded. Also do hgh + an AI if you wanna become really tall. (5'7 13 is pretty good.)
