can I do anything to fix my face or is it over ik my eye area is shit. what soft maxes would you recommend first to ascend. ive been in the gym and in a calorie deficit. any supplements I should get on?

how to fix asymmetry and what surgery or surgeries would you recommend. ive been thinking of fat grafting for under eyes

You're young so some of this will improve with puberty and leaning out but if you want to do more;

• For the freckles get laser or a topical like hydroquinone cycled to fade them.
• Eye area look into pdo threads or canthoplasty and canthopexty to fix the canthal tilt.
• Jaw is narrow so jaw angle implants or jaw angle filler would widen it out.
• Cheeks have excess buccal fat, ultrasonic cavitation will help slim them down without surgery.
• Fat grafting could be good for under eyes

Keep cutting in the gym because lower bf will change your face more than any of this in the short term.
