What do I do to fix my hair

haven’t done anything to it in two days no shampoo or conditioner ik it’s gross. I always use shampoo ever day of the week and I don’t own any conditioner should I start using that, I’ll get any hair cut but the one I have now is awful I want a mod cut but my hair is very thin and straight and has no texture so it’s hard. I don’t have any products I literally just use shampoo and that’s it. I use dove shampoo. What shampoo should I get and conditioner if I should and what products like texture should I get if needed as well

Just let it grow and you dont need to shampoo everyday
