How? Cardio? Calisthenics? Sprinting? And won't I be a literal rake then I will be 65kg lean at 6'2
yeah any of those things, high protein intake aswell and LISS, you just need to get from whatever body fat percentage you are now to 10% and then you can do a lean bulk, you might weigh anywhere from 66 - 69 kg after the cut depending on what your bf% is rn, its hard to tell. No need for a dramatic deficit or anything 500 calories should be enough over a 3 - 4 month period.

How should I start?
dropping bf% if you are untrained you dont necessarily need to gym but you will need to once you start lean bulking so yeah you may aswell start now.
