yeah any of those things, high protein intake aswell and LISS, you just need to get from whatever body fat percentage you are now to 10% and then you can do a lean bulk, you might weigh anywhere from 66 - 69 kg after the cut depending on what your bf% is rn, its hard to tell. dropping bf% if you are untrained you dont necessarily need to gym but you will need to once you start lean bulking so yeah you may aswell start now.How should I start?
