what do I do when all my flaws require surgery to fix (I think)

I’m under 18 and I have a lot of flaws like my nose has a bump and my mandible is slightly recessed and my infras are extremely recessed and I feel helpless cause there no looksmaxing I can do to fix it

Also my ortho (my mum) basically ruined my side prof when she did my braces my mandible was way more ideal beforee
