dont cut while your 16 and in your puberty. continue eating what you are eating but replace the unhealthy shit for healthy shit gradually. i heard cutting while being in puberty stuns growth

Nah I don’t rlly eat unhealthy I got a healthy diet it’s just I don’t fucking do enough activity so I’m like kinda fat like still normal bmi and stuff obviously but like skinny fat :(
