I’m 51 backwards, I’m not chopped I workout a lot like almost every day I do jiu jitsu on top of weight lifting, but I wanna look better, like sometimes I feel and look like shit. How do I stay looking good all the time, also that’s my physique what should I do to make it better, just tell me what I need to do with my face cuz the first image is me no filters nothing and so is the second, is it because I’m bloated or something?
