I alr know i am a subhuman.
Got scoliosis mild tho overbite a lot of acne with blackheads on nose and chin(not so visible because of my shitty camera) also back acne and no muscle mass abou 175cm at 14.
Can i still be saved?

Just max out all the stuff imo, can be saved

Sleep the best you can, eat a whole diets food, avoid seed oils and highly processed food since they lower testosterone, stop weed, make sure you hit your macros, take supplements, buy some dumbbells so you can workout at home, and go on a 300 caloric deficit(don’t do a dirty cut yet because it’ll stunt your growth)

buzz your hair and grow it out evenly alongside everything else others said and definitely stop the weed. 175 cm is actually good for 14, don't stress
