The maxillo-facial surgeon showed me 3d model of my face after surgery but i don't like it.
I am subhuman and by that surgery i could turn out more subhuman but with better: breathing, speaking, sleeping and fix my lip incompetence.
What do i have to lose? Should i just go for it?

Tomorrow i have final decision to make

Don't, once you get a surgery getting a another one on the same bones will be very difficult and dangerous
