Ive been on a rice cake and eggs diet for the past 2 days and im lowkey worrying im not getting enough nutrients. I need to stay under 1900 calories a day. (No “diet is cope” pls)

so easy just ask chatgpt lol, eat hella protein, avoid binging/snacks, if its hard for you and you have no self control, eat high volume foods, if you cant go without snacking, eat popcorn, just eat simple foods nothing crazy
