take some old pictures and edit them very realistically to make it seem like you have longer lashes/thicker brows (dont make it obvious) tell her that since a while ago they've just started falling out (she will see you with thinner brows/lashes and assume you had alot more), tell her its been making you feel very self concious and say that you hate the fact that you look alot worse and unhealthier (just larp insecurties) tell her you've tried topical minoxidil, derma stamping, castor oil, etc.
