Youre 14 dont let bp destroy you

Instead take this from the BP, understand that your youth years are so crucial focus on these 2 things

1. living stress free because if your test gets killed back 2 back whilst you’re growing with the cortisol built from the stress of “im not gonna be cl im not gonna be cl .org rate me rate me” you’re gonna get your potential fucked man stop worrying so much

2. Health is law and that’s incredibly obvious but so many retards on this forum neglect it, eat healthy, play sports, do research on what genuinely helps you grow and prioritise that

Ik all these comments told you point no.1 of living life at a young age and you might be tired of hearing it but it’s absolutely true man living life is crucial for your growth physically and mentally at a young age
