Get a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen for daytime use, never skip sunscreen outdoors. Use pimple patches overnight for active breakouts and add a BHA/salicylic acid cleanser 2x a week for the blackheads and forehead pimples. Keep it simple :feelsyay:

Nah, these are cope methods for the real issue which is primarily excessive sebum production and oversized sebaceous glands. Nothing beats the combo of retinoids + suppressing the trash hormone DHT especially with dutasteride long-term. Some mild cleanser after that(I just use a bit of alcohol) and voila perfect clear skin always and zero fat blackheads. Used to have massive nose blackheads now they're invisible basically lol, plus lots of acne a lot of times. - The perfect clear skin haver near 100% of the time

Azelaic acid (15-20%) is top tier for redness and pimples. Apply it at night after cleanser, before moisturizer. Just don't mix it with other strong acids right away. You're set bro

So what specific products do i use and what retinoids, also how should i apply it , when and how many times a week and day

Any oral retinoid is good, I just supplement with oral retinol every now and then now I find it extremely potent and it is OTC and dirt cheap. Else isotretinoin obviously which actually is often extremely effective when microdosed over long enough periods of time.

For trash hormone DHT obviously fin/dut but dutasteride is more effective for acne due to 5-ar type I inhibition which is the main 5-ar enzyme in sebaceous glands and skin. Heck you can even use topical fin quite well for acne a lot of times.

Not tryna hate bro, retinoids are great but i just gave him the basic stuff first so he doesn't destroy his skin barrier day one lol. alcohol is a bit wild though ngl

Tret or accutane I think I have the same thing

This one’s ok but accutane+vaginal cream+ sun screen could be better and after treatment transition to tretinoin after a bit, but not right after cuz ur skin barrier is vulnerable

imagine asking basic skincare questions when tretinoin and BHA exist boyo skincare is the most basic entry level softmaxxing there is yet newgens still overcomplicate it

you have clogged pores blackheads and mild erythema here is the actual stack instead of buying useless influencer moisturizer cope

1 tretinoin 0.05% or adapalene to speed up cell turnover stop pimples and smooth skin texture2 salicylic acid 2% BHA for the blackheads and forehead clogged pores3 azelaic acid 15% for the redness and inflammation4 basic non-comedogenic moisturizer and SPF 50 so you don't fry your skin barrier

sweat pimples on forehead is basic hygiene failure clean your skin immediately after sweating and stop touching your face

remember skinmaxxing is a +0.2 PSL adjustment at best having clear skin over a recessed skull just makes you a clear skinned LTN fix the skin stop coping and focus on bone structure it's over

Alcohol is near harmless lol know how much doctors and nurses use that shit on their hands and other places at work every single day? No issues most of the time. Top layer of skin is dead material anyway alcohol doesn't really do any damages, it is extremely exaggerated by coping poor-skin-havers most of the time anyway. Why listen to them?

Oh and retinoids won't destroy your skin barrier just don't go full retard on them and give your skin time to adjust to them. Start with very small dosages and give them time to work, megadosing is often not necessary and just creates excessive side-effects, it is kind of outdated plus pharma companies obviously pushed for megadosing early on to sell more pills for profit. 😉

Clear skin is ultra halo but of course if you are LTN it won't exactly ascend you. It is just a huge halo and boosts someone more the higher tier their looks are. Just some basic softmaxx shit anybody should be doing as a basic fundamental thing IMO. You just want to stack as many halo things possible.

Thanks for the feedback bro, that’s actually a solid heavy-duty routine. Didn't think about antifungal cream for fungal acne, but that makes sense. Transitioning to tretinoin carefully afterwards is good advice too 🤝

bro writing a whole paragraph to state water is wet calling basic hygiene an ultra halo is low IQ cope clear skin isn't a halo it's just baseline requirement having bad skin is a failo skin quality is a multiplier so if your bone structure is subfive 0 times 10 is still 0 stacking minor halos on a collapsed skull won't ascend anyone stop philosophizing about basic skincare and face reality it's over

Don't sleep on suppressing the trash hormone DHT lol.. not just amazing for hair but skin and acne also, generally anti-aging and looksmaintaining and aging more gracefully and preventing/slowing on onset of BPH and reducing risk of prostate cancer.

Thx for the breakdown bro, fair point on taking retinoids slow bc megadosing is definitely useless, rubbing alcohol on the face is still a bit aggressive for most people ngl, but i get what u mean with starting low on tret

I mean I partially agree on this but clear skin is ultra halo. Also it's nowhere near over for me I am an ascended unc stud already but thanks for the concern.

Thanks for the info bro, dht suppression for hair and anti aging is definitely huge bc it saves both line and skin, appreciate the insight
