Hey this pic and morph is a bit older, I am a good bit leaner now. How ever it still drives me crazy to see this morph. Give me surgeries ( or roid advice ) you would do to achieve this morph.

Thats just changed fat distribution and added size to masseter muscles. Roids will change ur facial fat distribution over time.
