so i have been trying to reduce my weight, i went from like 74 to 67 in 3 months, i fucking hate my nose is there anything i can do about it and also my face is bloated as fuck how do i fix it ?
 
true ogre, even chat gpt cannot recreate an ogre ugly face to that extent.
