I have a similar iq range to you, I'd recommend forcing yourself to speak to as many strangers as possible, submit yourself in social situations and talk to any girl you find attractive, this will manually lower your inhibition, this worked for me at least and I'm LMTN so I assume it'll work wonders for you.
