Hey guys,
I know, the photo has terrible lighting, but it's the one I got.
What can I imrpove? I've been going to the gym for 2 years now and I did gain mass, but I don't think it's enough. Is taking drugs really the only solution here?
How can I save my abysmal physique? About the O-legs, I was thinking of taking surgery so I can fix the form plus increase my height. And my abs just won't take shape, even though I know my abs are getting stronger.

Definitely doesn’t look like 2 years so highly doubt it or you just don’t know what your doing, simply reach your protein goal, 1g per lb of body weight, go to the gym with a consistent split, you should just lean bulk don’t dirty bulk, eat maintenance calories and do 10 mins of incline walking

For me I met my exact protein goal, stuck to a routine strictly, made sure I carbed up before gym and trained intensely, with 2 sets of failure and a warm up, then did 10-15 mins of incline walking, doing this allowed me to lean bulk

Nga built like a 12 yr old, has an iq of an 8 yr old, somehow made 4 months worth of progress in 2 yrs while "always train until failure" (my ass), and wants to ascend but half asses the gym because of "higher priorites". Advice in this thread is good, only thing I'd add 7-9 hrs sleep every night so you can actually recover, your skinny ass should probably go in a small caloric surplus, you seem to think whey protein powder is something similar to creatine, its not, as long as you're hitting your protein goals you'll be fine.

that is so much better by miles. share results in even 5-6 weeks time. You will noticeable growth if you eat in a surplus and hit your macros and train hard. 2 sets until failure, for everything!!!!

I do eat steaks, eggs, cottage cheese and oats, but only sometimes. So I partake of protein powder to always have a minimum fixed threshhold (60g).
Alright, fixing my sleep schedule up to 7 hours will be one hell of a challenge :feelswah: I hate sleep.

By hitting macros, I mean hitting your calories and protein. Eat more, Gains are built mostly in the kitchen bro. I personally take a 2-3m break between sets, because i go hard, until I have no reps left. Fuck off rep ranges, Go each set until you cant go anymore.
