What do I need to do to reach htn

As of right now I just got a perscripion for accutane, I’m also getting fat grifting for eyes and a lip flip and possibly Botox for my lips when I turn 18 (1yr). Is that anything else that I could do to reach htn. I honestly don’t care what it is but preferably would rather stay away from any risky surgeries that could make me look worse. I will do any soft max.

Honestly, you could try to grow facial hair, that would help a lot, your eyebrows are good though.
