Im 18 177cm shit aint changing what do I need to get done? Fat grafting sounds like a great, less riskier than most way to improve the eyes so Ill get that done for both upper and lower eyelids. What else do I need?

Recessed infraorbital region and orbital recession, hence why the undereyes are coming in like hell. Orbital recession will make the under-eye area appear “sunken” or shadowed. Rhinoplasty would help too. Clean up the eyebrows, work on filling those out more too. They could benefit with some more shape, instead of such as a straight appearance. Midface fillers might help improve balance.

but if u really want something u need high cut lefort. 1+ canthoplasty for ur horrendous cant halt tilt, ur nose will be straight from the surgery itself it is pointing down forget more than this .
