Your jaw is allright but your eye area has room for improvement, however cosmetic eye surgery is extremely risky and I wouldn't recommend it

most surgeons say to get the "base" done first so probably start with osteotomies, then whatever implants, then soft tissue. Do what you want with that info when it comes to what hardmax to get first

That looks crazy expensive and dangerous. I feel like if I could make my canthal tilt positive, it would at least get me close to htn. Here’s a morph with the only changes being my canthal tilt and my eye brows/stubble being dyed darker.

i typically have a beard, so the philtrum isn’t an issue, IPD and my eye bags seem to be the worse of my issues but Holly shit does OBO look brutal. Might just have to live with being maxed at hmtn

I suffer from same issue except mine is too narrow. And yes, do not get fucking OBO.

This falio caps anyone at HMTN in most cases, including me. Fix all other visible flaws first and maybe you can break LHTN.
