What do I need to improve on. (i am 13 almost 14 weigh around 120-125, i am 5'7 still growing.)

if youre very serious do ai, test, hgh and maybe insulin

if you dont wanna do that which makes sense; eat good, start going to the gym right now, sleep good, shit like sprinting might even help a bit at your age
i’d recommend reading up on the science behind the gym and how to grow optimally, a basic understanding of fatigue management, exercise selection, diet will get you a long way
physique is so underrated on this forum
