improve frame (gain shoulders, work triceps) pushups of variety might work
Don't suck on your cheeks as- in long term Leeds to tissue damage-sagging
maybe pull a flow cut if you can, but that's upto you to figure out, cuz that's all I got from this image
 
sunlight between 7-9:30 am is the best, maybe sleep in the sun- boosts collagen production too. eat eggs

Ty very much, but i dont suck on my cheeks, only pressing my tongue to the roof of my mouth very hard
