use tretinoin and ignore what everyone here is saying people on this forum chat shit about everything and call it cope, ghk cu will massively help with your acne scars even if you are 17, especially when paired with tretinoin. Inject 2mg ed or eod its up to u

late but for indented ones tret + any topicals will help greatly IF used in the first few months after you got the scars because as time passes by the more permanent the scars are, especially rolling scars since after theyve finished "healing" they literally are tethered down to have an indent which effectively causes collagen loss

these are good to use but for 80-90% removal of scars (boxcar / rolling) you need microneedling (also best when done asap after u get ur scars) and co2 laser

I would recommend microneedling at home if you arent a retard because you could save thousands of dollars, again if u arent a brokecel and want "quicker" results then buy both laser and microneedling in office for sure, but imo its better to spend money on co2 laser and its more effective for newer scars just like microneedling

After the scars become eventually tethered (they will to some extent no matter the depth all skin heals liek that) you can use subcision to release the tethers and this will help the effectiveness of the other scar treatments (microneedling / laser) you utilize. You can also ask for HA filler which not only IMPROVES the texture of your scars and smooths them out (its temporary but lasts for like half a year to almost 2 yrs) but stimulates collagen aswell.

There is other fillers that work for longer like upwards of a couple years, but they are permanent (not the positive benefits like they stay in ur skin and migrate). HA can be dissolved so I would stick with HA

Adapelene gel tret + topicals like I said help and are the most effective in first months but I would stop using them before you get your procedures done because they mess with your skin barrier. In comparison to procedures topicals are absolute cope unless ur scarring is barely even scarring.

if you want to maximize, just do a deep microneedling session per week, look at tuts in botb
