What do I need to work on?

I’ve been doing basic skincare with niacinamide 10%. And I’m actively trying to debloat, what could I improve further on, any advice to look better is apprechiated. I’m including both ”good” and ”bad” pics, in order to show more accurately what is wrong with my face.
