both are fine but i prefer running test e over sustanon, sustanon is just a mix of different esters so its literally just based on ur pinning frequency

well ur gonna have to pin ur Tren E MINIMUM 2x per week so why not just pin ur test e at the same time the more often u pin the more stable ur levels are = more gains compared to a natty

doesnt rlly make a difference if ur already pinning tren 2x per week just pin the test on the same day im not telling u to mix it im just saying pinning more often has alot of benefits especially with tren more stable levels of tren results in less sides, even 2x per week of tren e wont be very stable
