What do I really need to do right now in my puberty and development?

Unless you have height issues nothing really apart from a healthy whole foods diet, 8-10 hours of sleep, basic skincare and exercise at least 5x per week
I am 5’6 😭

Also start excelling yourself academically and have a secure career path that way if you want to undergo surgery you have the most and means to do so in your 20’s
I need to studymaxx asap, my last AVG grade was 7.2 because I didn’t care about school and I didn’t do anything, lol.

You’ll probably end up 5’10-6’0 unless you want to go the hormone route

What kind of hormones should I use? I literally have half a year here on the forum and at each stage of knowledge I had, I have obtained different opinions about the use of peptides/SARMs to increase HGH and therefore, IGF-1 artificially. But, lately I have seen that all this is “cope” and that it is better to hop on oral steroids such as mk-677 to increase these hormones and use something that controls my blood glucose levels. Although, tbh the most probably thing is that I will never end up buying something like that, mostly because I don’t think my parents will allow me, the only way would be to go to the Endocrino and with my good luck he’ll prescribe Genotropin and some Aromasin, although it is literally 0.01% possible. The only thing left for me is to sleep before 9:00 p.m. for melatonin secretion and maximum-HGH production, fix my circadian rhythm and increase sleep quality and improve my sleep cycle, get whole and organic foods (as you said) and if you don’t mind, I can share my current diet with you (or my entire Looksmaxxing regimen).

I hate being a manlet, literally most of my classmates occasionally make fun of my height and some friends get more appeal than me for the same thing, because facially speaking I mog the majority (not to mention everyone lol). I consider myself weak-HTN with Chadlite potential if I Looksmax. I have the anecdote that the other day (in Basketball class) a black whore subhuman fatty feminist girl of 4’11 refused me to be on her team because I was a “manlet”, just for fucking laughs dude.

heres a good source of aromasin thats cheap and is legit (I've bought from there) if you want it.

For a doctor to medically prescribe it as a treatment I believe you have to be in the bottom 5 percentile of male heights, unless hes willing to listen to you and is blackpilled which you are right is unlikely. HGH and IGF-1 is a lot better than mk677 even other secretagouges like CJC-DAC, thing with MK is that its cheaper and more readily available, you can combine it with huperizine-A (dietary supplement) to increase its effect. You dont need anything to control your blood glucose unless you're fat and have a horrific diet, I used MK for 6-7 months straight no glucose issues even with a basic monitor just stay active.

If I was your age and I wanted to increase height I would hop on a very low dose of aromasin to "buy time" for the growth plates and to slow down the decrease in growth velocity with age to the point where I could afford stronger HGH increasing drugs. Keeping a good regimen will help you reach your potential but all it can really do is offset mitigating factors, the only time height is stunted is when you dont have enough calories, nutrition, sleep or a medical issue stunts your height. Having a good lifestyle, although good for other reasons won't really "boost" your height past its potential only drugs/hormones can do that. Also depends on how tall your parents are of course because height variance is somewhere between 87%-90% genetic.

Dad is 6ft, mom is 5ft. I don’t have a good lifestyle tbh, I currently live as a sedentary whore playing video games 24/7.

Probably end up around 5’10 maybe 11 just due to your mothers side of the equation unless you have an unexpected growth spurt. At 14 all you really need is whole foods 8-10 hours sleep and some physical activity and you’re good

Here's my guide to height growth:

First, get do a tanner stage test to see how far you are into physical development. Tanner Stage
Second, get a bone x-ray, you could lie to your parents and say your knee, ankle or wrist are hurting and go to the ER and get an Xray
Third, once they tell you your bone age, you can roughly estimate your growth potential using this calculator.
Fourth, get money somehow (I personally did it by selling things that I owned or friends owned) or get a job and purchase an aromatase inhibitor (from a steroid website in your country), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, Calcium (you could get a supplement that has all these three combined). You can also take ashwagandha or any supplement that reduces cortisol levels. You should also keep hair growth oils on hand if experiencing increased shedding like rosemary oil ( By Mielle's). Constantly use moisturizer, as your skin should be drier with less estrogen, and you vaseline all over your body before bed every night.
Fifth, purchase a growth hormones increaser, like MK677 or GH (if you could afford it). There are many before guides on how to use GH and MK677 and also you could use steroid forums.
Sixth, from here, you should be all good. Work out every day if you can, get 8-10 hours of sleep, eat eggs, and eat 130-170 grams of protein depending on bodyweight (protein amount calculator: bodyweight x 1.2 = protein amount), eat plenty of eggs for the choline and somatostatin inhibition, like 4 a day.

For the dosages, Take 400 IU's of Vitamin D3, like 100mcg a day of Vitamin K2 (take with a meal, especially one with fat. Take 1000mg of MSM ( you don't have to take it, just good for impaired joint health,) Take 500-1000mg of Calcium. You may want to develop a skincare routine from the increased testosterone causing increased sebum levels which may cause acne.
MK677 dosage: 10-20mg, 3x a week, Friday-Saturday-Sunday ( these are the best days since you can sleep the most on these days). Take It before bed with cortisol decrease and choline increaser.
If you want real results from MK677, take it with Alpha-GPC, CDP-Citocholine, And 5-6 eggs a day, and take like 30-40 mg of MK677. T
To prevent side effects: Take 400-800 IU of Vitamin E (800 may be a lil bit dangerous) Take 300-1000mg of Vitamin B6 OR P5P (pyridoxine) for prolactin sides since MK677 increases prolactin pretty severely.
Cortisol increases: Take any one of two of these supplements: KSM-66/Ashwaghnda, Omega-3's, L-theanine, ZMA's, Vitamin C, Lemon Balm, and Rhodiola.
To prevent bloating and water retention: Take dandelion root and potassium supplements ( don't take too much and drink water with it since you'll be peeing a lot) Only take it on days where the bloating is too much.

You don't have to do all of these things or buy all of these things. Just make sure to increase GH and take aromatase inhibitors. However, remember there are many side effects that come with this so keep dat in mind.
