what do i say to my dermatologist to get prescribed accutane

i think i already have a pretty good chance of getting it since ive been using adapalene for 4 months and its done little to nothing and my acne is still coming and leaving dark spots that stay for a couple months and i also have some back acne but i want to guarantee that ill get it so what do i tell him

if you've already tried other meds which haven't worked then you should be fine. only issue might be is that some derms dont like to prescribe accutane during summer but other than that u should be ok
