What do i say to my oral surgeon at consult?

I have a consult in a month with a oral and maxillofacial surgeon regarding getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed.

QUESTION #1: should i even get my wisdom teeth removed one of them is peaking through my gums but i feel no pain or discomfort?

QUESTION #2: for over 2 years there has not been a day i didn’t wish i could have double jaw surgery or just a better developed jaw. This is one of the only opportunities I will have with a professional to ask about getting jaw surgery performed how do i even ask such a thing. Considering its not even the topic of the consult should i just ask if he thinks im a good candidate for jaw surgery and if my insurance would cover it I feel i have small airways and difficulties breathing for reference this is my side profile.

Idk Google the requirements to get jaw surgery covered and ask them how much advancement they would too, it’s not worth doing jaw surgery unless you’re getting big movement

Yeah if im not getting enough advancement for very noticeable change aesthetically then i am willing to go fly out to like turkey or italy and drop 20k

Im in canada wdym health care like my health insurance

i dont think it is covered by health care in canada. ik dental isnt covered but ig that wouldnt fall under that

My dental care and orthodontics was partially covered by insurance and people get covered all the time for jaw surgery if deemed necessary
