i wanna do my own research but idk where to start

thank u lots ive been looking for smth like this. also i did my xray a couple days back but i need to open my mychart but my mom took my papers so i cant check it. also im 15 and 5’1. only reason i took the xray is so i can get PRESCRIBED Hgh. but plates might have closed or im just growing rlly slowlyView attachment 4339353

look at very old threads, like pre 2021, 2020 - 18 on here, and find archives of lookism website, ofc read all botb threads, etc

how to be taller n get a wider maxilla with like marpe or headgear. i might get on hgh for height my palette seems too narrow
In terms of getting taller, depends on how old you are & how responsive your growth plates are. If they're closed, nothing you can do. Do an xray to see if they're still open

If your growth plates are open, this is what you can do:
1: sleep a lot
read one of the sleepmaxxing guides here to get the best possible sleep for natural hgh production; sleep is just important for everything in general. Don't pull all nighters or sleep very little

2: workout & stay active in general

3: avoid being in a calorie deficit or a restrictive diet during puberty. generally try to maintain a good diet with plenty of protein, healthy fats, and carbs. Either stay in maintenence or a small surplus, no dirty bulk bc being really fat would be counterproductive here. Also get plenty of calcium, you can get this by just drinking milk. I drink like 1L per day with a 4000iu vitamin d3 +
300mcg vitamin k2 supplement, idk if it's doing anything but it definitely has lots of calcium.

4: fix any deficiencies you may have (iron, vitamin d, whatever it may be. do bloodwork to find out) because these things can hinder development. also check thyroid hormones (TSH, T4, T3), make sure they're all healthy & normal because an unhealthy thyroid could slow down speed of growth

5: pin hgh as long as you do it safely & read a thread about how to use it for growth

As for your maxilla, go to an orthodontist and check if it's narrow. If it is, they will probably explain it to you & offer skeletal expansion. Unless you're like 12 years old, don't let them try to have you use a hyrax or any tooth-borne expander. It has to be skeletal expansion

how would i do that
get an xray for ur growth plates , get blood drawn and ask ur doctor if u can get hgh prescribed but its most definitely over buddy 5'1 at 15 is crazy , even if u had a growth deficiency now its very late to treat it
