I got excema mild acne. But im going cus i got crazy dandruff and lots of hairs falling out. I tried buzzing but i didnt work

16 sligthly under 5 8 fairly clean diet health ~20%bf good sleep i was on lymecyline for 6 months but i had to stop taking the pills like 3 weeks ago becuase my doctor said it wasnt good for my gut health now im only using a benzol peroxide gel. my excema is red and dry and i use cetraben 3 times a day on it and for dandruff i tried heads and sholders aveeno conditioners no shampoo ligit eveything but it wont go away

I would try a shampoo/conditioner with zinc for the dandruff, or try other dandruff hair products. acne is normal during puberty so I wouldn't worry too much about mild acne, just keep your skin clean and healthy and eat a healthy diet. If it becomes a problem consider acutane. Also if those hair products aren't working theres a chance its not even dandruff and it could be smth like a dry scalp or dermatitis.

eat better. zero carb = zero acne (no seed oils too). that's done.
stop all products too. acne gone.
