What do I use to do stretching sessions for facial skin (face lift)? Like those face tape products?

I'd like to find a product and/or some kind of device, which would allow me to do stretching sessions for the facial skin,

so as to get a face lift effect, do you think a simple tape such as the product below could do the trick, or is is a scam:

As for DMAE, just buy pure powder, mix it with any cream and rub.

Ok, thanks, I got a dermapen from Aliexpress a while back, I'm yet to use it though, do you think a generic Dermapen would be almost as good as the Derminator brand, or do I absolutely need the Derminator product for maximum results?

I may try to use ergular adhesive tape, or do you think nedles, or pins (like acupuncture) could work to keep the skin stretched without manual intervention?
