I was born well after the stupid Civil Rights Act of 1964.

If it were up to me, we would have either sent blacks back to Africa or held onto Jim Crow forever.

One issue I take with the possibility you described: The southern half of the USA would likely fall to nonwhite rule (blacks in the southeast, mestizos in the states that border Mexico)
