for them its literally part of their job, maintaining their looks as a model/celebrity/actor is like a taxi driver maintaining his car.

But imo they would probably think the avg person trying to "looksmax" is probably retarded. I imagine since their entire professions center on looks, they would probably want to escape that facet of life as much as possible when not working.
