But will still improve facial posture for breathing and shit and will make ur neck stronger and upper traps/back.

I think it was 40k IU. Could be 50 it was like 8 months ago and I took it as a side thing for all my other Looksmaxxing shit so didny pay too much attention to dosage but took it nightly before bed
