Ethnic to me is an ethnicity or race that is a minority in a certain country or region

Example: in the west, all non whites are ethnics. In Japan, all non Japanese are ethnic. U can keep going with different examples.

I would agree that there is a difference between "ethnic" and "race". Black, Asian, are different races. Ethnic to me means "kinda" white people, but a little more brown than Northern Europeans.
