I know what it means. I just can't do it. There's ALWAYS something on the back of my mind. Sometimes it's 90% sometimes it's 60% sometimes it's 20% but it's never a flow state. That's my brain.

Yes ofc when youre wageslaving or in school u will think about something else because you dont like it
You only go in flow state when you are truly passioned about something you do
