Is this overkill and what do u guys recommend? i use everything besides semax daily, semax only when im planning on studying for a while

300mg of caffine is overkill if you are drinking caffine throughout the say as well.

Just get modafinil or phenylpiracetam and combine it with a cup of coffee

black coffee is hard to swallow down ngl
the extra 3 tsp of sugar only add about 30-40 cal or smt, not much when comparing to others

I actually like it, i used to spam creamer and sugar but the black coffee just makes me feel badass when drinking

caffeine is easy to build tolerance on, for me esp as a person who consumes 200 mg on normal days just to get through teh day
a extra 300 mg would be neccessary for a stack that focuses on productivity

I go to bed at 10-11, and I have a tolerance to caffeine so it barely does anything, I just take it at 3 to counter the comedown of my Vyvanse and stay awake
