I feel like our life force can be transferred from being to being. Since we are just electrical current, when that forms in a different entity and the circuit is complete a life is formed and at random one is put into it. But on a shallower scale that does seem unrealistic so it most likely is just as if it was before we was born

No one really knows what happens. I think religion is a coping mechanism and a set of rules to control others.

Based on evidence and observations, it seems that eternal oblivion is the current outcome.

That means that when your brain cells die, you, the individual that controls the body, also die. All the knowledge and memories and experiences that you ever had will cease to exist.

It appears that humans are just pieces of meat inside of a skull. Severe brain damage is strong evidence for this. Dementia and alzheimers are strong evidence that souls do not exist.

I want souls to exist. That being the eternal continuation of my mind and personality as an individual, but I simply do not know what will happen. well yes, with my actions and beliefs I help God determine if I am worthy of spending eternity in his presence or not but it doesn't really mean I automatically go to heaven as long as I don't murder someone for example.

I can only strive towards being a better person and son each and every single day as I am a sinner and only he can judge my soul justly

There are no souls. You are nothing until you are something. When you are something, you relate to what is around you using what you have in order to feel it (you see with your eyes, hear with your ears, smell with your nose, etc.)

All knowledge/information is not transferable; it remains in the brain, and the brain ends up in the ground and is eaten by worms

When you are something again, somewhere, sometime, you will no longer remember when you are conscious again that you lived as something, somewhere, sometime before, just as you do not know now as a human being, and everything that was before birth seems like nothing but infinite blackness (while you may have lived as something, somewhere, sometime, x times before you were here)
