so neem oil allegedly fights hyperpigmentation and makes your skin more whiter and like your skin will match together, its just for ethnics like us, being a light ethnic l ike you and me nd having hyperpigmentation is a super bitch so i use it

vitamin C also does the same thing so i mix neem oil and vitamin C and it works ok
