Most(99%) of orthodontists will happily accept your request to make MSE just for you. Buying it in site without your measurements sent to them is not the best case. Just ask orthodontist in your area to make measurements and order MSE personally for you. It would be much better aesthetic wise. Also it would make a gap in your teeth what fixes by braces, also with orthodontist.
Don’t buy MSE online, you’ll regret it

You won’t get it just by your want then. Tell ortho that you can’t breathe and also your tongue don’t fit on upper palate. There’s like tons of reasons you can tell your ortho. Even chatgpt gives them
