So medical side rn I have to fix sleep apnea, airway issues, possible sphenoid issues (ENT), narrow palate so figuring that out for expansion to ease airway issues aswell, Not sure who to see yet for TMJ/ JAW issues figuring that out, then for comsmetic side what do we think? Just look at my original posts compared to what is labeled I think I have the full ascension plan underway.

after you get expanded I recommend a paranasal implant, infra implants, and a jaw angle implant. those are the highest roi and you could probably get that after a few years of work. very good to take action good on you bro
