where I live its mostly meat, pigs, chickens, cows, lambs also dairy like eggs, cheese but a little different(pic related), yogurt(second picture) also a lot of vegetables and fruits, in older generations it was common to raise animals in the house yard, to grow your vegetables, make ajvar brew rakija or wine damn this just reminded how us the newer generations dont know shit, fellow balkancels can say the same @TsarTsar444 @IncelWithNoLuck @Chad1212 @BalkanPig @gymislife @sandcelmuttcel

Nobody i know of eats goat jfl, it's mostly beef, chicken or lamb stuff. Diary is a must either milk, white feta cheese or yogurt, liver pattes, lots of bread in everything, beef ground meat in pastries

The biggest part of most amercans diets is carbs, stuff like bread and rice and cereal. There is lots of dairy, milk cheese butter and all that kind of stuff, then meat, chicken beef and pork are the most commonly eaten meats here. I dont know about the countrywide consumption but in my experience most people eat mostly carbs in the form of shit like breakfast cereal, bread in sandwiches, rice, noodles, and a little bit of vegetables and meat. Usually fried in some way
